Every AmbitionEmpire™ piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

 

Damaged or defective items: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing defect, we’ll make it right — a replacement or refund.

To claim, email us at support@ambitionempire.store within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the defect or damage

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
